The Data Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining Human Resources (HR) systems and applications across Lexmark’s global organization. This role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and effective usage of employee data, while providing ongoing administration and operational support for HR processes and tools used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection, retrieval, and maintenance of employee information to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards.
  • Provide operational support for HR applications and tools, including troubleshooting, configuration updates, and user assistance.
  • Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems, processes, and data governance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or as a data/HR systems analyst, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL and reporting/analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Oracle HRMS or Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in supporting global organizations is highly desirable.
