About The Role:
The role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving client and business data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. It involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks. The position also supports data analysis, process improvement, and adherence to global data standards while contributing to ongoing projects and business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Creating, updating, and amending key information within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including account records, contact records, and marketing lists.
Coordinating with stakeholders on various tasks through conference calls and electronic mail communication.
Interpreting instructions provided by the business and executing them accurately and diligently.
Proactively raising queries or clarifying doubts with the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
Reporting the daily status of assigned tasks to stakeholders and the line manager.
Ensuring the timely completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of data accuracy in line with business requirements and instructions.
Recommending corrective, preventive, strategic, and tactical actions to improve the overall health, relevance, and accuracy of data.
Identifying gaps in existing processes and highlighting them to stakeholders and the line manager.
Providing ideas and suggestions to improve processes and supporting the documentation of new or updated procedures.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of data management principles, which will be considered an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any other customer relationship management system, which will be considered a strong advantage.
Understanding of the insurance industry, which is desirable but not mandatory.
Prior experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which will be considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Good time management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Confidence to engage directly with end customers to address queries and provide appropriate support.
