P&C Insurance is looking for Hybrid Engagement Lead (Data Management) to strengthen leadership bandwidth and support scaling the Insurance data practice towards a $50M+ portfolio This role will drive client engagement, delivery oversight, and account growth, while building differentiated capabilities across data engineering, AI governance, and cloud platforms

We are seeking a highly experienced P&C Insurance Leader to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex projects in the Insurance domain with a strong focus on Data and Analytics. This role demands a senior professional who can manage large offshore teams, engage effectively with global stakeholders, ensure on-time and high-quality delivery, and contribute strategically to account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery management of large, complex Insurance domain projects with significant Data components.
  • Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary offshore teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams – covering policy administration systems, claims, renewals, data migration, and analytics.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues; proactively mitigate risks and resolve challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders in the Insurance domain across geographies.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with onshore teams, architects, and business analysts to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Track financials, budgets, and resource allocations to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and automation in delivery processes.
  • Support account growth through delivery excellence and identification of additional business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record of 20+ years in IT Services with at least 18 years in leadership roles managing large offshore delivery teams.
  • Deep domain knowledge of Insurance (Property & Causality).
  • Strong exposure to Data & Analytics projects, including data integration, migration, and reporting.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive delivery transformation and best practices in offshore models.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills with experience working with international clients.
  • Working knowledge of delivery tools such as Jira, DevOps pipelines, and project tracking tools is a plus.
