Job Description

  1. Data Quality Scorecard
  • Menyusun laporan bulanan scorecard data quality untuk Group (tanpa komponen accuracy).
  • Menjalin koordinasi lintas unit untuk mengumpulkan data dan klarifikasi.
  • Menyampaikan laporan ke Group secara tepat waktu dan sesuai format mandatory.
  • Mengembangkan dan memelihara scorecard yang lebih komprehensif, mencakup dimensi data quality dan monitoring CDE.
  1. Model Compliance
  • Mengelola aktivitas compliance terhadap framework FEAT, khususnya terkait penggunaan data untuk model dan AI.
  • Menyusun dokumentasi compliance dan mendampingi proses review internal maupun eksternal.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim modeling dan IT dalam menyesuaikan pengembangan model dengan prinsip FEAT.
  1. ESG Data Governance
  • Mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi ESG data governance framework.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan unit ESG dan Sustainability dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola CDE terkait ESG.
  • Memastikan data ESG tersedia, berkualitas, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik untuk keperluan pelaporan dan strategi.

Requirements

Kriteria Job Requirement Pendidikan Minimal Minimal S1 diutamakan memiliki latar belakang Finance, Teknik, dan Matematika / Statistik Pengalaman Minimal 3 tahun di bekerja bidang data management dan pelaporan MIS di perbankan Skill Teknis

  • Ms. Excel dan Ms. Powerpoint
  • SQL query
  • Python
  • Banking knowledge terutama credit risk management
  • Prinsip-prinsip data governance dan data quality
  • Bahasa Inggris (reading/writing & speaking)
  • Diutamakan memiliki pemahaman tentang modeling konvensional dan machine learning
  • Diutamakan yang familiar terhadap FEAT (Fairness, Ethics, Accountability, Transparency), dan ESG data
