Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
• Database Enrichment & Quality Assurance 
o Conduct data collection, research, cleansing, and de-duplication. 
o Analyze data trends and produce actionable insights to support campaign 
planning. 
• Data Analysis & Reporting 
o Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources including 
CRMs, external vendors, websites, and sensors. 
o Track and report on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
o Visualize data and prepare reports that support strategic decision
making. 
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration 
o Liaise with external data suppliers or vendors to resolve data issues. 
o Maintain internal dashboards and tracking systems to monitor database 
growth, freshness, and completeness. 
• Process Automation 
o Study existing data workflows to propose suitable AI tools or automation 
strategies. 
o Support implementation of selected automation tools to streamline data 
processing. 
• Project Delivery 
o Deliver tangible outputs such as data reports, analysis dashboards, or 
presentations by the end of the internship period. 
• Ad-hoc Assignments 
o Participate in other tasks or projects as assigned by the Data 
Management Manager or Director. 
Required Skills 
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, data management, and visualization. 
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies. 
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication. 
• Good presentation and reporting skills. 
• Self-motivated with organizational and time management skills. 
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas to the team. 
Qualifications 
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a 
related discipline. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Commitment to a full-time internship for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
