As a Data Management Engineer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX across Koch companies. You will partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, data stewards, and integration teams to build scalable master data capabilities that improve data quality, strengthen governance, and create business value.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, configure, and support TIBCO EBX solutions, including data models, workflows, permissions, business rules, validations, and data services
• Develop custom Java components, workflow extensions, triggers, and validation frameworks
• Deliver master data and reference data solutions across domains such as Product, Supplier, Customer, Finance, Asset, and other enterprise data areas
• Design and implement integrations between EBX and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and data pipelines
• Support data migration, onboarding, bulk loading, and data conversion activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in technical design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and development best practices
• Support Agile delivery activities including story refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and production releases
• Troubleshoot production issues, workflow failures, integration errors, and data quality exceptions
• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable assets, implementation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate and adopt emerging capabilities in MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, AI-enabled data management, and enterprise integration technologies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4-8 years of experience delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting TIBCO EBX solutions
• Experience delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting TIBCO EBX solutions
• Strong experience with Java development and SQL-based databases
• Experience designing and supporting REST APIs, XML, JSON, and enterprise integrations
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and Jira-based development environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience implementing multi-domain MDM and Reference Data Management solutions
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Stewardship practices
• Finance domain experience
• Experience with enterprise data migration and large-scale data conversion initiatives
• Experience integrating EBX with ERP, CRM, Finance, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise platforms
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica, or similar technologies
• Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives
• Experience working across Product, Supplier, Customer, Finance, Asset, or Reference Data domains
