Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate products, and vendor data in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems, supporting Bluebook creation and management, supporting data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency. This position will coordinate with sourcing teams and vendors across Vietnam and Indonesia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  1. PLM system management:
  • Maintain and update products, vendors, and costing data in PLM, including Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), tariffs, dimensions, weights, pricing, cost changes, and approved product updates, while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and version control.
  • Coordinate new vendor setup and maintain vendor records in PLM.
  • Provide PLM support to vendors, including password resets and system troubleshooting.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and data exception updates to support Product Development / sourcing operations.
  1. Supply chain management:
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Prepare regular reports, including Top Back Order at Origin /Newness Tracker, Peak Season, Push/Pull/Cancellation, and Liverpool Inspection Forecast.
  • Collect required tariff customs details, cost, and weight information breakdown, correct Country of Origin.
  • Update International Drop Ship/system data for costing and shipping window, aging/BIRT reports, and holiday Production Leadtime.
  • Update delayed shipment exceptions, manual shipments submission, cost changes.
  • Support Scorecard Performance announcements on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Send vendor reminders including Long Pending Vendor Response and missing vessel bookings.
  1. Bluebook creation & maintenance:
  • Create and maintain Bluebook system, ensuring data quality and timely completion.
  1. Others:
  • Perform other tasks assigned by reporting Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data management, sourcing operations, merchandising operations, PLM, or related functions.
  • Good understanding of PLM, product data, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) information, MOQ, tariff, and costing data.

COMPETENCIES & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and data checking.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and ability to follow up with stakeholders.
  • Good coordination and communication skills; able to manage timelines and multiple data requests.

SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Accurate and timely PLM, MOQ, tariff, cost, dimension, and weight updates.
  • High-quality Bluebook data delivered within the required timeline.
  • Minimal data discrepancies, pending items, and follow-up gaps.
  • Reliable data maintenance and support for business needs.
  • Improved reporting efficiency and data quality.
