Data Management Associate

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for a consistent and accurate database within the organizational management (OM) and data quality process.

• Be responsible for a consistent and accurate preparation as well as interpretation of HR reports in an international context.

• First point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and local HR departments of all Bayer subgroups on all queries in HR areas.

• Support the development, maintenance and improvement of knowledge management, also with regard to process interfaces.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes and services through own expertise and experience to ensure adherence to the high quality standards.

• Provide a proactive and high-quality support for complex inquiries and take ownership for finding timely and accurate solutions. Value added to the success of the company – what are the main objectives of the function? This position is largely responsible for the HR administrative tasks within a country or a region. Also will ensure high quality, reliable and timely HR operations for its clients. WHO YOU ARE

Educational Requirements:

University degree (Desirable)

Languages:

Spanish (Native)

English Proficiency oral and writing. (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience with HR Data Management administrative processes, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.

• Experience working withMS Office (Excel) and SAP HR

• Good user knowledge of SAP HR standard reports and transactions

• Good user knowledge of Workday

• High service delivery-attitude and passion for working in an international team

• Strong networking skills and the ability to interact in a confident manner within the regional and global HR/IT organization

• Strong self-management skills and a structured way of working

• Proven ability to flexibly adapt to changing situations and to act in dynamic and complex surroundings

• Ability to analyze processes, to identify potential for improvement and to propose innovative and sustainable adaptation to derive
