Job Description

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Create new vendor records in ERP systems.
• Maintain and update vendor master data
• Review and validate vendor onboarding documents, such as:
• Business registration / certificates
• Tax identification (WHT, SST, VAT, GST, etc.)
• Bank confirmation letters or voided checks
• Vendor request / onboarding forms
• Perform validation and accuracy checks before setup per company policy.
• Liaise with procurement, AP, legal, tax, and business requesters.
• Communicate issues, rejections, or missing documents clearly and professionally.
• Support audit requests (internal and external) related to vendor master data.
• Maintain vendors master SOPs and control documentation.
• Perform vendor verification audit
• Ensure vendor data consistency across systems and modules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting with 2-3 years working experience in vendor master maintenance job
• Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Understanding of compliance and audit requirements
