Jako Data Lead Senior v Customer Insights doméně řídíš rozvoj datových produktů napříč doménou, nastavuješ technický směr a produktovou strategii a propojuješ business cíle s datovou architekturou. Jsi technickým hlasem domény – dovnitř k týmu i ven k businessu, enterprise architektuře a Erste Group.
Buduješ škálovatelnou a udržitelnou datovou architekturu na Databricks, která umožňuje růst platformy, minimalizuje technický dluh a je v souladu s enterprise standardy i dlouhodobou strategií banky.
Zodpovídáš za datové kontrakty a release management s důrazem na kontinuitu business provozu, transparentní komunikaci změn a mitigaci rizik napříč týmy ve spolupráci s Platform týmem.
Technické znalosti
