Data Intelligence Senior Specialist will be responsible for creating, optimizing and operationalizing dashboards that provide meaningful business insights. He/She will work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs and deliver dashboards that can be integrated into daily business operations, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions. This role requires strong understanding of data visualization tools, business intelligence methodologies and deep knowledge of data analytics principles.

• Dashboard/Insight Creation
• Design, Develop and maintain dashboard using BI tools
• Integrate various data sources ensuring accurate and timely integration into dashboards and that all KPIs are correctly reflected
• Accommodate insight requests from BUs

• Dashboard Operations Management
• Ensure that dashboards are integrated into daily business processes
• Dashboards are easily accessible, user friendly and actionable for business teams
• Monitor performance of dashboards and make necessary adjustments to improve usability and load times.

Education & Certification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, computer science, IT or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience in data engineering

Experience:

· Proven experience in designing and building operational dashboards in a BI tool

· Strong knowledge of SQL for querying

· Ability to transform complex data into intuitive, actionable insights through clear and visually appealing dashboards

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

· Experience with data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes

· Experience using Power BI, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena and other AWS/Azure services.

· Exposure in using JIRA and Confluence and other Project Management/Collaboration tools

Technical Competencies/Skills:

• Communication: Clear and effective communication of findings to stakeholders.
