Are you a detail-oriented data professional who thrives on ensuring clean, accurate, and efficiently processed data? As Data Integration Specialist at Allianz Partners in Bangkok, you will manage and ensure the accurate transfer of data across systems, databases, and platforms that connect our corporate partners, customers, and internal teams. Allianz Partners operates as a B2B2C business — working with partners such as automotive manufacturers, travel companies, and healthcare providers who serve their end customers through our products. Data is the backbone of this model, and in this role you will ensure it flows accurately and reliably across all touchpoints. This is a full-time, permanent role for a technically strong specialist with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do

Data Loading & Integration

• Load, transform, and validate data into systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout
• Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure smooth and reliable data migration
• Monitor and troubleshoot data loading processes, resolving errors and discrepancies promptly

Data Quality & Validation

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the loading process
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to identify and correct errors before they impact downstream systems

Automation & Optimisation

• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline and improve data loading processes
• Optimise data loading performance to handle large datasets efficiently and reliably

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand and translate data requirements
• Provide clear documentation and support for data loading processes to enable knowledge sharing across teams

Compliance & Security

• Ensure all data loading processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain data confidentiality and security throughout every stage of the process

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Practical knowledge of ETL and data integration tools, particularly Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) and/or SSIS
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as JavaScript for data manipulation
• Experience in data management; exposure to big data technologies is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Query is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered data tools, machine learning pipelines, or automated data quality solutions is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong English proficiency — both written and verbal — is required for this role
• Must have full rights to work in Thailand — visa sponsorship is not provided
