What You'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort;
• Identify automation opportunities and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and platform reliability;
• Build automation scripts and self-healing mechanisms using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and related tools;
• Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring optimal utilization and growth planning;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and service stability;
• Support major incident resolution and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring issues;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment;
• Promote knowledge sharing and support teams in adopting automation best practices;
• Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (platform administration and support, not API development);
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway);
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift;
• Experience implementing and managing API authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and OpenID:
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms;
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices;
• Experience working with ArgoCD and modern DevOps delivery approaches;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams;
• Comfortable operating in international and cross-functional environments;
• Fluent English.
