As Data & Insights Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end data and analytics capability at CleanCo. You will balance strategic direction with hands‑on leadership to ensure data platforms, insights and analytics products deliver real business value.
You will:
• Shape and deliver CleanCo’s data and analytics vision across platforms, governance and insights
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientist and BI/Reporting specialists to build reliable, scalable and trusted data products
• Solve complex business problems by translating needs into clear data and analytics solutions
• Uplift data literacy and governance across the organisation
• Partner with leaders to embed data‑driven decision making at all levels
• Ensure data platforms are secure, resilient and aligned with enterprise standards
On your first day you will have:
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing data and analytics teams
• Strong hands‑on expertise across the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Azure and Power BI
• Practical experience designing and governing enterprise data platforms and pipelines
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes
• A tertiary qualification in a related discipline with extensive industry experience
