To develop a world class insights and analytics environment, establishing the function as a competitive advantage within the healthcare industry. To develop an insights and analytics business unit, passionate about identifying unmet needs, gaps and opportunities thereby prioritizing investment and maximising ROI.
Work closely with leaders across R&D, sales, prescription, marketing, digital marketing and engineering teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for the analytics team to follow.
Use advanced data modelling, predictive modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into strategies, tactics and initiatives that will drive business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems in the healthcare industry and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.
Develop and nurture a data driven culture across the organisation with the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of a self-service reporting structure, democratising data and analytics skills.
