ERM is looking for a Data & Information Coordinator to support projects across the Antwerp region, particularly within industrial, environmental monitoring, and remediation environments

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all project data and information flows, ensuring that data is accurate, traceable, and readily available to support project delivery and decision-making. You will act as a key link between field teams, laboratories, consultants, and project management, helping ensure that data is effectively captured, validated, and translated into reliable outputs.

This is a hybrid role combining data management, coordination, and technical support, ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets in a project-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain project datasets, including environmental monitoring data (soil, groundwater, air), GIS/spatial data, and field data
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness, applying validation and governance standards
• Maintain full traceability and version control of datasets and deliverables across the project lifecycle
• Act as the main interface for project data platforms and digital tools, ensuring consistent use across teams
• Coordinate data flows between field teams, laboratories, and consultants, ensuring timely availability of validated data
• Support environmental monitoring workflows, from data collection through to reporting and decision-making
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, visualisations, and GIS-based outputs
• Implement and support QA/QC processes, validating laboratory and field data against project data quality objectives (DQOs)
• Ensure all data and reporting meet client, regulatory, and EPCM governance requirements
• Provide data-driven support to Project Managers and technical teams, enabling informed decision-making

About You

• Experience in a data coordination, environmental data management, or project support role
• Strong understanding of data management principles (quality, governance, traceability, version control)
• Familiarity with environmental datasets (monitoring, laboratory, GIS) is a strong advantage
• Experience with data platforms, databases, or GIS tools is highly valued
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (essential) and English; French is a plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with large and complex datasets
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple data flows
