Join our growing Data Governance Center of Excellence and become part of an international team driving data governance across the organization. As a Data Governance Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our governance framework, communication channels, documentation, and project portfolio remain structured, up to date, and accessible. Working closely with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, you will support global initiatives while gaining exposure to project coordination, digital collaboration tools, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

What you will do

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities within the Data Governance Center of Excellence and support global governance initiatives.

  • Maintain and continuously improve SharePoint, Jira, and other collaboration platforms to ensure documentation and information are accurate and accessible.

  • Prepare engaging communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and governance updates for internal stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain training materials and support the development of learning content related to Data Governance.

  • Assist with planning, portfolio management activities, and tracking initiatives using Jira and Azure DevOps.

  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and team routines while supporting project planning and follow-up.

  • Monitor service requests and help ensure timely coordination of governance-related activities.

  • Support the rollout of smaller projects and process improvements across the global organization.

What you bring

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PMO Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar support role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, or a related field (recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Exposure to project management or collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is an advantage.

  • Experience preparing presentations, training materials, documentation, or internal communications.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Previous experience in Data Governance or Data management is not a must but considered an advantage.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in an international environment across different cultures and time zones.

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital tools and process improvement.

  • Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop within Data Governance and Project Management.

  • Positive, outgoing, and collaborative team player.

About the team

You will join a growing Data Governance team consisting of colleagues in Denmark and Poland. Reporting to the Global Head of Data Governance, you will work closely with an international team supporting global data governance initiatives across WSA. Our Poznań office is expanding and will become an important extension of our Danish team, offering excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to projects with global impact.
