Job Description

As a Data Governance & Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across the organization. You’ll support strategic and operational decision-making by implementing governance frameworks, validating data, and driving continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

Monitor and validate real-time operational data across systems and dashboards
Build and maintain automated reports and KPI dashboards (BigQuery, Looker Studio)
Automate data validation and reporting using Google App Script, Python, and Sheets
Identify data inconsistencies and propose actionable improvements
Conduct data integrity audits and support compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Recommend improvements to data models and stewardship practices
Track data quality metrics and report anomalies

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in data governance or data quality roles
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
