You'll play a key role in maintaining data governance processes, supporting data quality initiatives, managing metadata and documentation, and helping to drive consistency across Creditsafe's global data landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about improving how information is managed within a growing international business.

What you'll own

  • Escalating data-related issues from local Creditsafe entities to Group stakeholders where required.
  • Supporting the implementation and enforcement of group-wide policies and procedures, including Data Privacy, Change Management and Supplier Onboarding.
  • Monitoring supplier data loading and working with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
  • Managing documentation and relationships relating to data suppliers and external data sources.
  • Promoting consistent data governance and data quality standards across suppliers, entities and internal processes.
  • Maintaining Data Governance SharePoint sites and repositories to ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Managing repositories of supplier contracts, file specifications and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Creditsafe's Data Catalogue, including data dictionaries, business glossaries and lineage information.
  • Monitoring data loading reports and investigating data processing or quality issues with local data stewards.
  • Assisting with data governance projects, management reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-haves

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with confidence working with international teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation, contracts, data specifications and governance records.
  • Strong data literacy and an understanding of data structures, data management principles and data quality concepts.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining documentation and managing information repositories, ideally using SharePoint or similar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working within a Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality function.

  • Experience using a Data Catalogue, Business Glossary or Metadata Management platform.
  • Understanding of data lineage, metadata management and governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with third-party data providers or supplier-managed datasets.
