Job Title: Data Governance & Information Architecture Manager
Location: Kortenberg, Belgium (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance & Information Architecture Manager to lead enterprise-wide data governance, information architecture, and data management initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, compliance, security, and strategic alignment of data assets across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• 
  Develop and maintain enterprise information and data architecture models
• 
  Lead data quality, metadata management, and master data initiatives
• 
  Ensure compliance with GDPR and data security regulations
• 
  Support strategic data initiatives and enterprise transformation projects
• 
  Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders
• 
  Manage data exchange governance with external partners, factories, and brands
• 
  Lead and mentor teams focused on data governance and architecture

Requirements

• 
  8+ years of experience in data governance, information architecture, or data management
• 
  Strong expertise in data governance frameworks, GDPR, MDM, and enterprise data architecture
• 
  Experience with metadata management, data modelling, and business intelligence environments
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• 
  Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 
  Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP, or DM-BOK are a plus
• 
  Fluent in English and Dutch or French
