Data Governance Engineer / Collibra Developer

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Engineer / Collibra Developer to join a leading enterprise team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Collibra development, workflow management, API integrations, and data governance platforms within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain solutions within the Collibra platform
• 
  Build and customize workflows using Groovy scripting
• 
  Manage and optimize Collibra workflows and automation
• 
  Integrate Collibra with enterprise platforms such as:
  • 
    ServiceNow
  • 
    JIRA
  • 
    SailPoint
• 
  Support data governance initiatives and metadata management
• 
  Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver scalable governance solutions
• 
  Configure and enhance governance processes and platform capabilities
• 
  Work closely with stakeholders to improve data quality and governance standards

Must-Have Skills

• 
  6–8 years of experience in Data Governance or related domains
• 
  Strong experience with Collibra
• 
  Hands-on expertise in:
  • 
    Groovy scripting within Collibra
  • 
    Workflow development and management
  • 
    API integrations
• 
  Experience working in Agile environments
• 
  Strong understanding of enterprise data governance concepts

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience with Collibra governance configuration
• 
  Knowledge of alternative governance platforms such as:
  • 
    Atakama
  • 
    Purview
• 
  Experience integrating enterprise tools and identity platforms

Work Model
