The Role

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our teamIn this role, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and business process initiativesYou will play a key role in developing data standards, monitoring data quality, and supporting accurate data use for decision-making across the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Data Governance & Quality: Support enterprise data governance initiativesDefine validation rules for completeness, accuracy, and consistencyPresent invalid data for review and recommend remediation measures

• Documentation & Metadata: Document data definitions, ownership, and lineage across systemsAssist in maintaining metadata repositories, data catalogs, and process maps

• Access & Compliance: Map business roles to system permissions for persona-based access managementSupport data audits and maintain knowledge of data capture and storage regulations

• Issue Resolution: Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and collaborate with data stewards and system owners to implement corrective actions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data governance rolesHands-on experience with large datasets, multiple data sources, and scripting tools for data manipulation

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferredCertifications in data analytics, data governance, SQL, or AWS data tools are an asset

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, cataloging, master data, and stewardship principlesKnowledge of the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lake Formation, Glue) is an advantage

• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsProven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
