About the Role

Support the execution of Group-level data governance and data privacy initiatives by coordinating reporting, tracking governance activities, and supporting data quality and training programs. This role provides operational and analytical support to ensure effective governance processes and compliance with internal policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Data Governance & Reporting
    - Collate and consolidate reports, metrics, and materials for Data Council and governance forums
    - Prepare and maintain monthly governance dashboards and management reports
    - Develop and standardize templates for governance committee reporting
    - Support rollout of governance templates to Business Units (BUs) and track adoption progress
  • Data Privacy Operations
    - Track and coordinate approvals for Teams video recording in accordance with data privacy requirements
    - Maintain records and documentation to support audit and compliance needs
    - Support updates to Group Office record retention schedules
  • Data Quality & Management
    - Perform periodic data quality reviews (e.g., IRIS system, eGRC) for compliance and regulatory matters
    - Engage with respective stakeholders on system enhancements and drive successful change projects (incl. UAT) - Identify and escalate data quality issues, and track remediation progress with BUs and Group
  • Coordination & Project Support
    - Coordinate with internal stakeholders on governance, project management and training initiatives
    - Support rollout of AI-related training programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners (e.g., ALC, McKinsey)
    - Track progress, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
    - Support the documentation and continuous improvement of governance processes
    - Ensure proper version control and maintenance of policies / standards, templates, and guidelines

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related discipline
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/working experience
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage and interpret data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (dashboard/reporting skills preferred)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
