Are you ready to put your technical expertise to work in a role that truly matters? We’re hiring a Data Fusion Center Technician to support the MARFORPAC Data Fusion Center (DFC)—a fast‑paced operational hub at the center of real‑world missions, crisis response, training events, and high‑visibility exercises.
In this role, you’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring the systems that power operational awareness—Command and Control (C2) platforms and Common Operating Picture (COP) capabilities—are always mission‑ready. Your efforts will directly support informed decision‑making and seamless mission execution across dynamic, high‑tempo environments.
If you thrive under pressure, love solving complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to mission success in a meaningful way, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain critical C2 systems such as GCCS‑J, JREAP, and Agile Client
Monitor COP servers, CST connections, LMMT, VMware environments, and daily COP/JREAP operations
Manage COP databases with continuous validation, updates, and troubleshooting
Analyze real‑time data and quickly identify system or connectivity issues
Support incident reporting, issue documentation, and operational performance tracking
Keep DFC documentation current using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Work side‑by‑side with military, joint, and mission personnel to enhance situational awareness
Provide watch floor support during daily operations, major exercises, and crises
Log issues, resolutions, and watch turnover notes to maintain smooth continuity
Qualifications:
Required:
An active DoD TS/SCI
Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s + 6 additional years of relevant experience)
8+ years supporting U.S. military C2 systems
Experience with mission‑critical systems in operational environments
Ability to work 8‑hour rotating shifts
Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
Desired:
Background in intelligence, operations, fusion centers, or criminal justice
Familiarity with COP management, tactical data systems, or surveillance technologies
Experience with specialized C2 or analytical platforms
Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork skills under operational pressure
What Success Looks Like:
You keep vital C2 and COP systems running smoothly
You spot and resolve issues before they impact operations
You maintain accurate real‑time data for decision‑maker.
You help ensure mission partners have the information they need—precisely when they need it
A Glimpse Into Your Day:
Monitor COP servers and data streams, fixing sync issues on the fly
Validate daily COP and JREAP processes to ensure system accuracy
Sustain GCCS‑J and Agile Client uptime during exercises or crisis events
Document system events, update logs, and brief the next watch
Maintain SOPs, reference materials, and operational reports
If you’re looking for a role where your technical skill, attention to detail, and calm under pressure directly support operational success, we’d love to meet you. Ready to make a difference? Let’s get started.
