The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Data Fusion Analyst, Journeymanto supportlogisticsdata integration and operational decision support across the Indo-Pacific. The Data Fusion Analyst, Journeyman serves as CACI'slogisticsmanagement professional responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and visualizinglogisticsdata from multiple operational systems to improve asset visibility, supply chain performance, transportation management, and operational decision-making. Reporting directly to the Regional Asset Visibility Lead, this position ensureslogisticsinformation is transformed into actionable intelligence that supports mission planning, sustainment, and operational readiness.

The Data Fusion Analyst works closely with Government stakeholders, logistics planners, supply chain managers, transportation coordinators, warehouse personnel, movement control teams, information technology specialists, business intelligence analysts, Service Components, coalition partners, and mission partners to integrate logistics data from enterprise systems, identify operational trends, and develop decision support products. This position contributes to successful program execution by enhancinglogisticssituational awareness, improving resource allocation, and enabling data-driven sustainment operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, integrate,validate, and analyzelogisticsdata from multiple Government and commercial information systems.

  • Develop data fusion products that provide a comprehensive operational picture of supply chain activities, transportation operations, inventory status, and asset visibility.

  • Analyzelogisticsperformance metrics, inventory trends, transportation throughput, equipment readiness, and operational support data toidentifyopportunities for improvement.

  • Support enterprise asset visibility by integrating information from warehouses, Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDCs), Intermediate Staging Bases (ISBs), transportation networks, and forward operating locations.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-level decision support products for Government leadership.

  • Coordinate withlogisticsplanners, transportation coordinators, warehouse managers, and operational personnel tovalidatedata accuracy and operational relevance.

  • Identifydata discrepancies, reporting anomalies, and system integration issues while recommending corrective actions.

  • Support predictivelogisticsinitiatives byidentifyingtrends, forecasting demand, and analyzing operational performance.

  • Maintain data repositories, reporting tools, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures supportinglogisticsanalytics.

  • Support operational planning, contingency operations, humanitarianassistance, disaster response, and emergentlogisticsmissions throughtimelyanalytical products.

  • Ensure compliance with Government data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, records management standards, and contractual obligations.

  • Support operational exercises,logisticsplanning events, and after-action reviews through data collection and analysis.

  • Promote continuous process improvement by recommending automation, reporting enhancements, and data integration solutions.

  • Collaborate with Government organizations, information technology teams, andlogisticspersonnel to improve enterpriselogisticsvisibility.

  • Support geographically dispersed operations requiring real-timelogisticsawareness and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supportinglogisticsanalysis, data analysis, supply chain management, operational reporting, business intelligence, orlogisticsoperations for Government or Department of Defense programs.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.

  • Experience analyzinglogistics, transportation, inventory, supply chain, or operational data to support decision-making.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical productsutilizingenterprise information systems.

  • Experience supporting asset visibility, inventory accountability, transportation management, or warehouse operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable information supporting operational planning and mission execution.

Desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), or Service Componentlogisticsorganizations.

  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, contestedlogistics, enterprise asset visibility, theater distribution, or expeditionary sustainment operations.

  • ExperienceutilizingPower BI, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, Microsoft 365,SmarTrack, GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, GCCS-J, ArcGIS, TAPID, ATLAS, SQL, and enterpriselogisticsanalytics platforms.

  • Knowledge oflogisticsperformance metrics, supply chain analytics, inventory management, transportation operations, data visualization, and Jointlogisticsdoctrine.

  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CompTIA Data+, or equivalentlogisticsand analytics certifications are preferred.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving OCONUS operations, Special Operations Forces, predictivelogistics, and enterpriselogisticsanalytics throughout the Indo-Pacific is highly desirable.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,200 - $100,900
