Job Title:Data Excellence Administrator
Contract:Regular
Location:Seoul
Data Excellence Administrator plays a critical role in supporting and driving data-related initiatives as a junior-level position and ensuring high standards of data quality within ZEISS Korea. This role involves a balanced mix of coordination for Data Governance Organization, Master data management, MDG platform operation, KeyGroupProgram project support, and reporting support through data analysis and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MDM(Master Data Management) & MDG Operation
Execute day-to-day MDM operations
Maintain and validate master data (Customer, Vendor, Material, Price) in SAP to ensure consistency across business functions.
Review and approve master data requests as a designated approver to ensure data accuracy.
2. Support Data Excellence Initiative
Support the execution of Data Excellence strategies and initiatives within ZEISS Korea
Contribute to continuous Data Quality (DQ) improvement activities and process optimization.
Support the operational management and coordination of the Data Governance Organization (DGO)
3. KGP Project Support
Monitor and manage Data Quality (DQ) KPIs specifically for the KGP Project.
Perform data cleansing and preparation tasks to support seamless data migration.
4. Other Tasks
Assist in documenting and governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to Data Excellence.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Utilize Excel Macros and fact-based data analysis to streamline the reporting process and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics or other comparable areas
From Entry level to 5 years of relevant experience in Data Management, SCM, or Business Operation/management
Experience in SAP (ERP, CRM, MDG) and/or Salesforce
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people
Advanced Excel skills to organize and analyze large-scale datasets
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and Data Governance.
Experience in a multi-national corporate environment.
