Position Title: Data & ETL Engineer (Oracle Analytics Cloud – OAC)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time (Resource Augmentation – Contract)
Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months (Extension Based on Project Requirements)
Expected Joining Date: 15 July 2026

We are seeking a skilled Data & ETL Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, and building analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and BI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple enterprise data sources.
• Develop scalable data integration workflows to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize ETL jobs and data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration and processing issues.

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

• Develop and maintain Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) semantic models and Repository (RPD) files.
• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using OAC.
• Create and manage OAC Data Flows and datasets.
• Configure data connections and integrate OAC with Oracle and non-Oracle data sources.
• Support migration and deployment of OAC content across development, testing, and production environments.
• Optimize OAC performance and implement best practices for analytics development.

Data Modeling & Analytics

• Design logical and physical data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Develop dimensional models (Star and Snowflake schemas) for analytical workloads.
• Collaborate with business users to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data governance, metadata management, and documentation are maintained.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and database teams to deliver project objectives.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design sessions, and solution reviews.
• Provide production support and resolve issues related to ETL processes and OAC reports.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant Oracle certifications in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Database, or Data Integration will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, or Business Intelligence.
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Experience developing and managing Oracle Analytics Repository (RPD) files.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, analyses, and data visualizations in OAC.
• Experience creating and managing OAC Data Flows and datasets.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is an advantage.
