Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll keep a UK team's records accurate and up to date, turning raw information into clean, reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and update records across spreadsheets and databases
• Check entries for accuracy and correct errors quickly
• Organise and maintain digital filing systems
• Generate simple reports from captured data
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information to the team

What you'll need

• Experience with Excel, including formulas and filters
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfort working with large volumes of repetitive data
• Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
• Good written English for reporting and correspondence

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Experience with database management tools
• Prior remote work experience
