CC.Talent is looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to support the operations team of a growing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant Data Entry experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent accuracy in handling and verifying information. The role will involve maintaining organized records, entering and updating data, and providing administrative support. This is a full-time remote position and requires a willingness to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Review and verify information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and missing information.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records and documentation.

• Perform data validation and routine quality checks as required.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks and other data-related activities as assigned.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time expectations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant Data Entry experience

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and online systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
