The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for managing and
processing client invoices, analyzing a variety of service-related data, and
accurately inputting information into a customized template for system uploads.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational
skills, and a proactive approach to ensure all data entries are complete and
accurate. The specialist will also assist in maintaining an organized storage
system.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and review client invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze service data and enter details into customized templates
- Upload data accurately into the system within deadlines
- Maintain detailed and organized storage for all entries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries
- Collaborate with management and team members to resolve discrepancies

- Excellent typing skills and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or a relevant field
