We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before data entry.
Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to collect and update information.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Good knowledge of Italian.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
