The Opportunity

Join us today as aData Entry Representative in ourService Unit Department!HUB PR’sData Entry Representativeworks closely with theClient Executive Assistanttoensurethedocumentation of our processesmeetour standardsThis role calls for a sharp eye for detail, a sense of urgency, a customer-first mindset, and a tech-savvy approach — someone who is comfortable navigating digital tools and eager to embracenew technologiesas they evolve.

A day in the life…

• Entry and validation of the documentation of thecommercial and personallinesaccounts,including theirpolicies

• Update the policies information as needed.

• Manage the scanning of policies and send them via email to Account Executives and Client Executive Assistantsfor Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

• Assurethat the informationsubmittedon our system, EPIC, isaccurate

• Participate in process improvementprojectsleveragingAI tools — including piloting solutions and documenting new ways of working.

• Identifymanual or repetitive workflow steps and propose AI-assisted improvements to increase team efficiency.

What you will need for success

• Bachelor’s or associatedegree

• Preferred experience with EPICandinsuranceindustry

• Bilingual: English and Spanish

• Preferred experience with Claude
