Job Description

Job Location: Pocket Nurse - Greater Pittsburgh Region, PAAs a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies and equipment for healthcare simulation and education, Pocket Nurse provides solutions and services that create hands-on learning experiences for the next generation of healthcare professionals. The Data Entry Representative supports our Sales and Customer Service teams with meeting customers expectations by performing data entry for quote preparation, order, and web order processing.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established processes. Accurate, consistent work output is essential and requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free.
Key Responsibilities and other duties as assigned:
- Ensures complete and accurate information is entered in the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) within required deadlines.
- Receives a high volume of orders and quotes to process and accurately enter daily.
- Maintains acceptable error ratios for all data entry.
- Completes the Specialized Product Tracking Forms process from forwarding the custom product forms to customers, reviewing information for completeness, and sending to the vendor.
- Answers vendor-related questions as needed.
- Generates or responds to internal and external email communication with strong customer solution-based skills.
- Conducts limited inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintains confidentiality of Pocket Nurse proprietary business and customer information.
- Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QualificationsEducation:
- Associates Degree in Business Administration and 1 year of related experience or a combination of 3 years of education and experience.
Skills and

Experience:
- Strong keying experience including speed and accuracy skills.
- Strong reading comprehension.
- Quality-driven individual with attention to detail.
- Collaborates well with all levels of the organization.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Friendly, professional, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to identify potential concerns.
