The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate information about real estate projects, developers, floor plans, pricing, and property-related assets in the company's database.

Key Responsibilities

  Research and collect real estate project information from various online sources.
• 
  Gather and update project details including location, developer information, unit types, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
• 
  Upload and organize project images, brochures, floor plans, and related documents.
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database and CRM system.
• 
  Verify the accuracy and completeness of all collected information before submission.
• 
  Update project information regularly based on the latest market developments.
• 
  Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation of all project assets.
• 
  Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.

Requirements

• 
  Previous experience in Data Entry, Online Research, or Real Estate Administration.
• 
  Strong internet research and data collection skills.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online databases.
• 
  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• 
  Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• 
  Reliable computer and internet connection.
