Enter and update shipment data into Excel and SAP systems accurately
Maintain records of goods shipped, received, and stored
Track and monitor shipment progress, identifying and reporting issues
Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness
Provide shipment updates and notifications to customers
Analyze data to identify discrepancies or trends
Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining files and processing information in SAP
Follow up proactively on pending shipments or missing information
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Basic knowledge of databases and data entry systems
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
