Could you be the full-time Data Entry Operator in Nadarzyn we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data management expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as maintenance, production, and the OVH team), support system users in data processing, and contribute to improving information flow and processes within the department.
You’ll specifically take care of entering data resulting from maintenance work into SAP GSI, but also manage databases and create service requests in SES GSI.
We’ll look to you for:
Entering data resulting from maintenance work into SAP GSI
Managing databases related to production work execution and OVH team activities, including reporting
Creating and managing service requests in SES GSI
Reporting TWO man-hours of work
Improving the quality and flow of information within the department
Supporting other system users in entering, reading, and processing data

Degree in administration, data management, or a related field
Experience or understanding of SAP GSI and SES GSI systems
Knowledge of data entry and reporting processes
Familiarity with database management
Very good English (B2/C1)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
