About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Officer to join Heffron’s Data Processing team. In this role, you’ll provide accurate, timely data entry and administrative support, process SMSF
transactions in Class, and help keep our records and data feeds clean, current and reliable. You will be trained across a variety of processes and systems to support the output of our Data Processing team. The Opportunity

• Join a high-performing Operations function where data integrity and service quality matter.
• Build hands-on expertise in SMSF administration and processing using Class software.
• Play a key role in keeping critical records accurate, complete and easy to find.
• Support process improvements that reduce errors, cycle time and manual handling.

What you’ll be doing

• Enter and process daily transactions and updates in line with procedures.
• Process SMSF fund data and transactions in Class software
• Maintain and update repositories (filing, version control and record updates).
• Respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, raising queries when clarification is required.
• Complete administrative checks and quality controls to support service, compliance and data integrity requirements.
• Monitor data feeds, reconcile exceptions and escalate issues with clear detail for timely resolution.
• Identify, document and escalate system or process issues and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

No prior experience in self-managed super funds (SMSFs) is required—full training will be provided.
