What you'll be doing

• Accurately enter data from various sources into our database and document management systems
• Proofread and verify data to ensure the highest levels of accuracy
• Maintain and update electronic records, files and databases
• Assist with other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Excellent data entry and typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred
• Prior experience with loan applications or financial services is preferred but not required
• Experience with AOL (Application Online) system is preferred but not required
