The Data Entry Manager (India based) will lead and oversee the data entry team, ensuring accurate and timely input of employee and payroll-related data into internal systems. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to secure handling of confidential information.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
  • Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals
  • Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
  • Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, should have led or managed a team for at least 1 year
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee data management
  • Preferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
