
Position: Data Entry
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: EST Timezone
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets or databases.
Maintain and regularly update lead lists and contact information
Organize and maintain digital records, documents, and files.
Categorize and structure data for easy access, tracking, and reporting.
Support chat-based communication with leads when needed.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic database management (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools).
Good organizational skills for managing digital files and records.
Ability to categorize and structure information clearly.
Basic written communication skills for chat-based interactions.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge (not required):
Basic understanding of electrical wire harnessing, connectors, terminals, and part specifications
