
The Data Entry Coordinator, known internally as Logistics Data Entry Coordinator, provides administrative and data entry support to Dispatchers and Brokerage Operations by accurately processing freight-related information and documentation. This position gathers and enters work order information, maintains customer rate data, reviews records for accuracy, and organizes incoming freight paperwork to support timely shipment processing, billing, and payment. The role also assists with shipment tracking, customer and driver communications, filing, and general operational support to help ensure freight moves efficiently through the network.
