Job Description

Job Role - Data Entry Clerk

Duration - 12 months

PAYE Rate - £11.50 per hour + Holiday pay

Required - CSCS Card and prior experience

Hours - 0700 - 1700 M-F

Role Responsibilities

  • Transcription create an excel spreadsheet with data taken from delivery notes.
  • Updating Database Update the database with material being received and dispatched.
  • Document Handling Scan delivery notes onto the system, maintain a good filing system.
  • Admin Support Provide administration support to the Warehouse Manager and his Assistant.

Job Requirement

  • Ability to meet daily KPI's
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities, quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report issues.
  • Full-time availability (Monday - Friday) for duration of the project 07:00 17:00
  • Ability to work in a Health & Safety environment.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive task

Experience:

  • Customer Services: 1 year (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel.
  • Understand Transport documents Dispatch notes, CMRs.

Language:

  • English (preferred)
