Job Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support by maintaining accurate data and records, coordinating activities across departments, handling service requests, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to support efficient business operations.

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain and update data in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle internal and external inquiries and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and coordination.
• Support operational activities by processing requests, facilitating approvals, and tracking progress.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely execution of required activities and effective communication.
• Track operational movements, transactions, and status updates across departments or locations, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for operational and administrative activities.
• Prepare regular reports on activity status, progress, and operational performance.
• Follow company procedures, SOPs, and internal control requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education - High School/Diploma

Years of Experience - 1 to 2 Years
