Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry from production reports into ERP system and Tuboscope™ TruData™ system for TracID™ certificate generation.
• Process vendor invoices and submit for payment in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue purchase orders as requisitions are approved by appropriate personnel.
• Assist office staff with work order closure and required month-end reporting.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training events related to TracID™ software updates and enhancements.
• Review and analyze special reports and summarize findings to keep management informed.
• Assist with facility publication printouts and documentation preparation.
• Attend weekly management meetings with department managers.
• Support overall team efforts by accomplishing related administrative tasks, including production report consolidation, filing and record maintenance.

Additional Duties

• Perform other duties as directed by the Division Manager.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
