Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Group Practice Solutions in Sarasota, FL

The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Enter sales orders into production database for all cases, print, QC and attach
• Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls
• Assist with shipping and receiving department as needed
• Pack cases as needed
• Familiarize and backup Operation Manager’s daily responsibilities (i.e. due date report, case scheduling, special shipping, incoming case confirmation, track packages, calling offices to reschedule as needed)
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to complete assigned workload daily
• Ability to read and understand prescriptions and sales orders
• Willingness to assist other team members and perform other administrative duties as required
• Ability to train other employees as needed

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Administrative experience

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• General office equipment

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
