About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Submission Processor.
You'll accurately enter data from incoming submissions into our internal
system, keep submissions moving through the right stages of a shared inbox, and
handle simple email communications requesting missing information.

You'll be trained and supervised by our existing team, with
growing independence as you build expertise.

What You'll Do

• 
  Enter
  submission data into our internal system accurately and in the correct
  order so it reconciles exactly with source documents
• 
  Move
  submissions through the correct stages of a shared inbox as work
  progresses
• 
  Send
  simple emails requesting missing or incomplete information
• 
  Monitor
  email threads for responses and follow up to keep submissions moving
• 
  Escalate
  unclear or incomplete documentation to senior team members as needed

This role includes structured onboarding and ongoing
oversight from our existing team.
