We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, who will be working on a shift of 9:00 -17:00, on a non-fixed contract (one office in Thermi & another in the city centre).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of Data Entry in the internal database

• Continuous updating of electronic files

• Opening an order (sale or purchase)in the company's system

• Continuous communication and collaboration with colleagues from other departments

• Other administrative tasks that may exist

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service

Qualifications & Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent knowledge of English language

• Prior experience in an accounting setting is a plus

• Attention to detail skill

• Problem-solving ability
