Role: Data Entry Administrator

Contract: Full time permanent

Hours: 09:30-18:30 Monday to Friday

Location: Rathcoole, Dublin

Salary starting at: €30,160 per annum

*Own transport essential as site is not connected to any public transport network*

Purpose Of The Role:

Supporting a 1st in class ADR European service. Reporting to the Outbound Manager you will be involved in supporting functions such as data checks, shipment processing & book ins to deliver on our service levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality check of inbound EDI’s from customers & Dachser branches
• Takeover of inbound EDI’s
• Processing collection orders on driver debrief
• Creation of collection orders & delivery jobs
• Liaising with Customer Service on discrepancies
• Booking in deliveries by phone/email/booking portal
• Informing planning teams on special requests
• Monitoring of booked in shipments until delivered
• Scanning of original paperwork
• Any other tasks as allocated by the Outbound Manager

Skills & Experience:

• Office experience an advantage
• Customer focused and able to deliver on our agreed service levels, exceeding them when required
• Appetite for learning with a positive and energetic outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver both individual results, as well as contributing to team success
• Good problem solver with a clear and logical decision-making process
• Ability to respond positively to change
• Microsoft office, with good excel skills an advantage
