Data Entry Administrative Clerk

Kalman & Company is seeking to hire a Data Entry Administrative Clerk. This position is going to be onsite in Albany, GA. The Data Entry Administrative Clerk is responsible for inputting and managing data accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Every other Friday off.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
  • Respond to data inquiries and assist team members as needed.
  • Verify accuracy for entry, update, and maintenance of data in various databases and warehouse management systems.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate data management processes.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Sit for extended periods
  • Work in variable temperatures; noise and dust typical of warehouses.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., safety shoes, hi vis, gloves, eye protection).
