Responsibilities:

  Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's systems and databases.

  Review and verify data for errors and completeness.

  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• 
  Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate entry of information.
• 
  Follow up on data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
• 
  Perform regular data backups and system updates as needed.
• 
  Assist with reporting and document management.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• 
  Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 
  Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• 
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 
  High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
• 
  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 
  1-2 years of experience in a data entry role or a related administrative position.
• 
  Experience with data entry software and tools is a plus.
• 
  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
